Please note during busy periods, the workshop can be fully booked for several weeks in advance so early booking is essential.

| This service is included whenever you buy a boat from Go Kayaking, and covered as part of the service. We make sure your boat is outfittied to your needs. - Diagnosing numb-ness or any discomfort
- Multiple adjustments (seat, thigh grips, foams)
- Coached time on the water to ensure comfort,

Exclusions:
We will not repair or service any product that we think has come to the end of its life and therefore could be dangerous to the user – this is determined at our discretion.
We do not repair or service inflatables.
For composite kayaks – we can only repair or service P&H or Pyranha composites. These repairs may be done off-site and include an extended lead time.
Our repair centre is located at our Runcorn store, and as such we are limited with what on-site repairs we can offer at our Llangollen store
